CES 2020 Digital Health Highlights - Pharmacy Implications

CES 2020 has a bunch of interesting health technology, which the video here goes over. I would say some items stood out to me in my review:

  • Smart health tools are still a big thing. One example I saw a lot of was for dental hygiene such as brushing your teeth.

  • Smart home technology is really taking off, with a focus on older adult care.

  • Smart clothing is big, so many new sensors.

  • Childcare is getting a larger emphasis, with companies not traditionally associated with tech getting on board, like smart diapers.

  • Wearables are still a focus, though I think there will be large dynamic changes based on the current market trends.
